Steamed pork ribs
Ingredients: 1000g pork ribs, 200g rice noodles
Seasoning: soy sauce, salt, sugar, ginger, green onion
Make:
1. Wash 200g of rice, fry it dry, add 3 teaspoons of thirteen spices and fry it until it is slightly yellow, and then grind it into large granules.
2. Soak the pork ribs in warm water first.
Then clean it and chop it into small pieces and put it in a large basin. Add dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, syrup, and salt and mix well.
Stir in the rice noodles.
3. Divide into two large bowls, soak some water in a large basin, and pour it into two large bowls. Note: The amount of water is very small, and the rice will dry out without steaming.
Sprinkle a little chopped ginger on the surface of the meat.
The pressure cooker is pressurized and steamed for 30-40 minutes, and it is generally soft.
