The dish I share with you today is especially suitable for friends who want to lose weight and love meat, so that you can lose weight and eat meat in the bright spring, and eat a good figure.

Cucumber mixed with shredded chicken

1 cucumber (about 150g), 1 chicken breast (about 300g)

Appropriate amount of cooking wine, 3 cloves of garlic, 1 small section of green onion, 1 section of red cabbage pepper (for color matching), an appropriate amount of fresh soy sauce or light soy sauce, an appropriate amount of aged vinegar, an appropriate amount of salt, a little sugar to enhance freshness, an appropriate amount of sesame oil, and an appropriate amount of sesame paste (optional).

Here's how:

Prepare 1 chicken breast and 1 cucumber.

Clean the chicken breast, pot under cold water, add an appropriate amount of cooking wine to remove the smell, bring to a boil over high heat, turn to medium heat and cook for about 10 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Then take it out and let it cool naturally, never too cold water, so as not to affect the taste.

While cooking the meat, wash and slice the cucumber and then cut it into shreds, and cut the red cabbage pepper into shreds for later use.

Chop the garlic as much as possible, and cut the green onions into shreds for later use.

Add salt, sugar, fresh soy sauce, vinegar and sesame oil in turn, stir well, and the sauce is ready.

Tear the cooked chicken breast into thin strips, as fine as you can.

Put the shredded chicken, cucumber and red pepper in a bowl

Pour in the mixed seasoning sauce, then drizzle with sesame paste (if you don't like it, you can leave it out), and stir well.

Dish features: fragrant but not greasy, refreshing and delicious.

If you are prepared in advance, it is better to soak some fungus and shred it.

If you don't have red peppers on hand, it's also good to have some shredded carrots.

You can also add some coriander to garnish.
