Okara + radish cherry to make small tofu at home


Remove from the pot and put water, add a little salt and cooking oil after the water boils, then put in the cleaned radish cherry, blanch for one minute, remove and chop.

The okara (cooked) strained during the soybean milk, chopped green onions, and minced ginger are also prepared.

Put oil in another pot, add chopped green onion and minced ginger in the pot, then add the chopped radish cherry and stir-fry, then add the bean dregs and continue to stir-fry until the excess water is removed.

Add a little salt and chicken essence before cooking, and stir-fry evenly.
