The lazy version of oatmeal bean paste bread does not need to be kneaded out of the glove film, and it is sweet and fluffy when it rests at one time

Today, I use oats to make a bread for my family, the method is simple, I wake up at one time, I don't need to knead the membrane, it is as soft and delicious. Here's how I made it:

1,100g oats cleaned and drained.

2. Beat two eggs into the oats, add 4 grams of yeast, 2 grams of salt, 30 grams of sugar, and 3 grams of aluminum-free baking powder. Stir to combine. Add 80 ml of pure milk, 320 grams of flour and 30 ml of cooking oil, mix well, and knead into a soft and hard dough. (The water absorption rate of each flour is different, so the flour is added in small quantities and many times.)

3. Place the dough on a cutting board and divide it in two.

4. Roll out the same size round cake with a thickness of about 0.3 cm.

5. Spread a layer of bean paste on a round cake.

6. Cover another round cake, arrange it, and knead it up and down tightly.

6. Cut it into eight portions.

7. Put it in a baking tray, cover it with plastic wrap, and let it rise until the volume expands significantly, and I probably proofed it for more than two hours.

8. Brush with a layer of egg yolk liquid and sprinkle with a layer of sesame seeds.

9. Bake in the oven at 130 degrees for 30 minutes. (The characteristics of each type of oven are different, and the specific temperature is determined according to the characteristics of each oven.)

The lazy version of the oatmeal bean paste bread is ready, and when it is warm, put it in a plastic bag, seal it, and it will not be hard when it is cold. If you forget to store it like above, you can also boil water and steam it for a few minutes, it is also delicious, and it is also good as a staple food for breakfast, and friends who like it can try it!
