The first course: stir-fried pork belly pork skin with kimchi

Steps:
1. Steps:
1. Thinly slice the tenderloin.
2. Marinated meat slices: release the soy sauce, salt, white pepper quality, grasp and marinate for 15 minutes.

Steps:
1. Cut the tofu into small cubes.
2. Pour oil from the pan, half vegetable oil, half lard (roast tofu with some lard to make it more fragrant).
3. Put the tofu in the pan and fry until lightly browned on both sides.
4. Put in garlic sprouts, tempeh, and Pixian bean paste.
5. Stir-fry the flavor of the black bean sauce in Pixian County.
6. Add a little water and salt to taste.
7. Cover the pot, boil the tofu to taste, drain the water, and pour in the sauce.
8. Put a little garlic sprout leaves, stir-fry evenly.
