Boiled noodles every day, nutrition is definitely not enough, let's have a fried sauce noodles today, there are vegetables and meat, full of strength, simple and trouble-free, no need to stir-fry, but it is really simple and delicious.  


Ingredients: noodles, lean meat, ginger, garlic, green onion

Ingredients: cooking oil, soybean paste, sweet noodle sauce, light soy sauce, sugar, thirteen spices, dried chili peppers

Process:

1. Chop the ginger and garlic and set aside.


2. Prepare a clean bowl, add 2 tablespoons of soybean paste, 2 tablespoons of sweet noodle sauce, 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of thirteen spices, stir well and set aside.



3. Pour oil into the pot, pour in the minced ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.


4. Add the prepared minced meat and stir-fry for a while.


5. Pour in the prepared sauce, stir-fry evenly, add an appropriate amount of dried chili peppers and chopped green onions, then add half a bowl of water, cook for about 5 minutes, and set aside.






6. Boil water in a pot and put in the noodles after the water boils.


7. Put the cooked noodles in a bowl and spread with a layer of fried sauce.


8. Sprinkle with chopped green onions, and the delicious fried noodles are ready.
