Steps:

1. Prepare quick-frozen egg tart crust to thaw, 2 eggs, 100ml of animal whipping cream, 150ml of pure milk, 25g of white sugar (increase or decrease according to personal taste).


2. Mix the egg tart liquid: pour the white sugar into the milk, stir until the white sugar melts, the eggs are beaten, then pour the milk, egg liquid, and light cream together, stir well, and then sieve.



3. Place the tart crust in a baking tray and pour in the tart liquid.



4. After the oven is preheated, put it in the oven and bake it at 200°C for 20 minutes.


5. Then bake at 180°C for 30 seconds to color.
