1. 2. Now let's make brown sugar water, prepare a bowl, add 50 grams of brown sugar, 80 ml of warm water, warm water is easier to melt the sugar, and then use brown sugar water and 150 grams of flour to stir into a flocculent shape first, add 10 grams of vegetable oil, continue to mix into a smooth dough, and after the dough is good, put it together with the white dough, cover with plastic wrap, and let rise for 10 minutes,

3. After the dough rises, first take out a dough, put it on the board, roll it into a thin cake, the cake should be rolled as close to the rectangle as possible, and the thickness should be as uniform as possible, roll it into a thickness of 2 mm.

4. Similarly, the brown sugar dough is also rolled into a pancake, and the size and shape are as much as possible with the white dough cake.

5. Brush a layer of brown sugar water on the dough, which will better stick the two dough cakes together, put the red dough cake on it, tidy it up a little, let the two dough cakes align, and then brush a layer of brown sugar water on the dough cake, roll up the dough, roll it tighter, cover it with plastic wrap, put it in the refrigerator and freeze it for 30 minutes, don't freeze it for too long, otherwise the slice is easy to fall off.
