1. Peel and slice the pumpkin, steam it in a pot, mash it into a puree and set aside.

Add 15 grams of sugar, 3 grams of yeast to 2,300 grams of flour, add 180 grams of pumpkin puree in small quantities and many times, stir well, and knead into a dough with moderate hardness and softness.

3. Take another bowl, add 300 grams of flour, 15 grams of sugar, 3 grams of yeast, add a small amount of 150 ml of warm water many times, and knead into a dough with moderate hardness and softness.

4. Recently, the weather is relatively cool, and we wake up faster through warm water, and the water temperature can be controlled at about 35 degrees.

5. The volume is significantly expanded, and the internal honeycomb structure is good.

6. Take out the dough, knead and exhaust, and knead them into long strips.

7. Flatten the white dough with the palm of your hand and roll it out into a rectangle.

8. Place the yellow dough on top of the white dough sheet and wrap it from one end. The middle connection can be brushed with a layer of water, which can better adhesion.

9. Tidy up, rub evenly, and divide evenly into pieces.

10. Stand it up, clean it up slightly, and try to make it into a circle.

11. After all the steamed buns are ready, put them in the steamer and let them rise for 15 minutes with warm water. The water temperature can be controlled at about 35, turn on the high heat and steam for 20 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for another 3 minutes.
