1. 4. Prepare some minced garlic, diced carrots, chopped celery and chopped green onions, in fact, you only need chopped green onions and minced garlic, I added some diced carrots and chopped celery in order to look good in color and rich soup, bibimbap is more delicious and not greasy.
5. Tofu puff can be made by yourself, or you can buy ready-made, clean it, dry the water, change the tofu puff to a knife, and cut it in half to better absorb the flavor.
6. Let's mix some sauce: 2 spoons of light soy sauce, 1 spoon of sugar, 1 spoon of thirteen spices, 1 spoon of balsamic vinegar, 1 spoon of cornstarch, 2 spoons of tomato paste, an appropriate amount of salt, and an appropriate amount of water, stir well and set aside.
7. Add an appropriate amount of oil to the pot, add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, then pour in chopped celery and diced carrots and stir-fry.
8. Add the tofu bubble and stir-fry evenly, add the fried meatballs, then pour in the seasoned sauce, simmer until the soup is viscous, sprinkle a layer of chopped green onion and stir-fry evenly.
