1. Tips:

1. Blanch the dried fragrant and cut into strips with a knife, which will not only make its taste not hard, but also remove its own beany smell.

2. The whole dish must be fried on high heat, otherwise the bean sprouts and leeks will be wilted by the suffocating water, which will affect the taste of the whole dish.
