Steamed potatoes and pork meatballs

Ingredients: pork, potatoes

Seasoning: salt, ginger, shallots, sesame oil, light soy sauce, a little egg wash, starch

Method:

1. Peel and wash the pork, chop it into minced meat, and put it in a large bowl.

2. Finely chop the ginger and chop the shallots, put them in a minced meat bowl, add some salt and light soy sauce, stir well and set aside.


3. Wash and peel the potatoes, cut them into slices and place them on a plate.

4. Bring the water to a boil in the steamer, put the potato slices in and steam over medium heat until the potatoes are cooked and soft.

5. After the potato slices are steamed, take them out and let them cool and press them into mashed potatoes.

6. Pour the mashed potatoes into a minced meat bowl, add a little egg mixture, stir well, add some starch and stir until strong.

7. Prepare a steaming tray and smear it with sesame oil.


8. Mix the mashed potatoes and minced meat into several evenly sized balls and put them in a steaming dish smeared with sesame oil.

9. Bring water to a boil in a steamer, put it in a steaming tray and steam over medium heat for 10 minutes until the ingredients are cooked through.

10. After steaming, take out the steaming tray and let it sit for a while before serving. I garnished with a green onion.
