Dough: 300 grams of plain flour, 3 grams of yeast, 3 grams of sugar, 160 grams of warm water or milk.
Puff pastry: 200 grams of plain flour, 100 grams of corn oil (or other unflavored vegetable oil).

The dough is fermenting, but people can't be idle, and the overall arrangement is overall time-saving. Add 100 grams of corn oil or other tasteless vegetable oil to 200 grams of plain flour and knead it into a delicate puff pastry.
Add 60 grams of flour to 120 grams of brown sugar, the ratio of brown sugar to flour is two to one, add 40 grams of crushed peanuts and 20 grams of cooked sesame seeds, mix evenly, if the brown sugar has large particles, use your favorite method to break it.
The dough rises to almost twice the size, and when the dough is pulled open, it is a fine honeycomb on the inside.
Divide the fermented dough and puff pastry dough into 8 equal portions, knead them round and set aside.
