Cornmeal has high nutritional value, and it is made into buns, coarse grains, delicious and nutritious

Today, I used cornmeal to make a meat bun for my family, and the coarse grains were finely cooked, delicious and nutritious.

Here's how I made it:

Blanch 1,100 grams of cornmeal with 100 ml of boiling water, and the blanched cornmeal has a more delicate taste.

2. Add 300 grams of flour, 10 grams of sugar, and 3 grams of yeast to the cornmeal, and mix well. Add a small amount of 100ml of warm water several times, stir into a dough, and knead into a smooth dough with moderate firmness and softness. Cover and place in a warm place to rise.

3. Add a little green onion and ginger water to the meat filling and stir until strong. Add an appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, thirteen spices, add a few handfuls of chopped green onions, stir well, add an appropriate amount of sesame oil, pour in an egg, and stir vigorously.

4. The volume of the dough is significantly expanded, which means that it is ready.

5. Rub the exhaust, knead into long strips, and divide evenly into pieces.

6. Roll out each piece of dough into a round cake thick in the middle and thin around the perimeter.

7. Put in the filling and wrap it.

8. After the so-called buns are ready, put them in the steamer and let them rise again for 15 minutes.

9. Turn on high heat and steam for 20 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for another 3 minutes.

Soft on the outside and tender on the inside, delicious and nutritious, the method is simple, and you will see it at a glance.

If you like it, make it for your family!
