A small handful of white lentils are soaked in water for two hours in advance, and about four pieces of dried Huaishan slices are prepared, with a little tangerine peel
Clean the crucian carp, remove the internal organs and black membrane, add cooking wine, salt and ginger slices and marinate for a while to remove the smell
Heat the oil in a pan, add a slice of ginger and a pinch of salt, and add the crucian carp after the oil is hot, so as to prevent the skin of the fish from sticking to the pan

Three, chicken bone grass duck soup
Ingredients: chicken bone grass, poria cocos, duck, red dates, tangerine peel, ginger slices

Five-finger peach, poria and barley are soaked in cold water for about half an hour in advance

Remove from pan and season with salt
Sixth, Poria cocos barley chicken foot soup
Ingredients: Poria cocos, barley, red adzuki beans, chicken feet, pork tendon meat
