There is a meridian line on the back of the human body, as long as it is dredged, many diseases are unconsciously alleviated or disappeared, why?
Because on this meridian, there are 12 very important spiritual acupoints, which condense all the information of the human body's essence, energy, spirit, and internal organs!
In recent years, the traditional Chinese meridian acupoint health method has become popular, from the simple "knocking on the gallbladder meridian" to the "eight meridians of the strange meridians" and "twelve meridians" comprehensive health care, which can really be described as "a few early warblers competing for warm trees, and the flowers gradually become charming".
As a TCM educator, the proposals I hear the most are:
Can we use the simplest way to let people who like Chinese medicine quickly understand the essence of the meridians, and even be able to immediately use the meridians to maintain their health?
This requires more than 20 meridians and more than 300 acupuncture points in the body to find the key meridians and acupuncture points that can best "concentrate the essence of meridians".
I was pleasantly surprised to find that there are 12 acupuncture points on a meridian, which happen to condense all the information of the human body's essence, energy, and internal organs!
This "concentrated essence" meridian is the bladder meridian of the back of the human body. The 12 acupuncture points arranged in sequence on the bladder meridian represent each organ of the human body. It's amazing, there are 12 months in a year, and each represents a different time. These 12 acupoints of the human body reflect the health status of the five internal organs.
For experienced Chinese medicine practitioners, the pain, nodules and other abnormal conditions encountered when clicking on these 12 acupuncture points will "tell" the diseases of the corresponding parts of your internal organs. And then continue to press, that is, to regulate and treat your disease, the finger is equivalent to acupuncture, "finger needle" can make many diseases alleviate or disappear unconsciously.
Some people will be amazed and say: Is it really that amazing?
In fact, just as Western medicine can detect many important health indicators of the human body through a drop of blood, Chinese medicine can also detect the general health of the internal organs of the body through 12 acupuncture points on a meridian.
The bladder meridian in the back is self-generated by the human body.
How do I self-diagnose? To put it simply, when there is a problem with a certain organ of the body (such as the heart), it will get an abnormal reaction (such as: pain, nodules, etc.) on the corresponding meridians and acupuncture points. For example, if there is a disease in the lungs, there will usually be pain and nodular reaction in the lung Yu acupoints; If there is a heart disease, there is usually a painful and nodular reaction in the Xinyu acupoint...... By clicking on the acupuncture points of the five internal organs, you can roughly understand the diseases of the five internal organs of your body.
In the same way, by tapping the acupuncture points of the five internal organs, it can also be used for health preservation and treatment. For example, if you have a heart disease, you can improve the heart's qi and blood function by constantly massaging the Xinyu acupoints. Continuous massage will gradually disappear the pain, nodules and other abnormal reactions on the Xinyu acupoints, which means that the heart function is restored. The same is true for the health treatment of other visceral diseases. The five internal organs and six internal organs are all the internal organs mentioned in traditional Chinese medicine. When it comes to the five organs of "lungs, heart, liver, spleen, and kidneys", everyone is familiar with them, and when it comes to the six organs, some people may be a little unfamiliar.
In fact, "viscera" and "gut" correspond to each other, for example, there is an idiom called "liver and gallbladder photo", viscera has liver, and viscera has gall; Similarly, "spleen and stomach" is also a word that is linked together, the viscera has the spleen, and the intestines have the stomach; In the same way, the viscera has the kidneys, and the guts have the bladder. Some people will say, what is the connection between the lungs and the large intestine, the heart and the small intestine? We can use the analogy of things in life: when people have stool (belonging to the large intestine), they usually have to hold their breath (belonging to the lungs), and the relationship between the lungs and the large intestine is easy to remember; Clinically, upset (heart) is often seen, and there is little urine and red urine (small intestine), and the relationship between the heart and the small intestine is easy to remember.
Wait, we often talk about the "five internal organs", but just now we only mentioned the "five internal organs" - the large intestine, small intestine, gall bladder, stomach, bladder, and one intestine was not mentioned. This intestine is the "three cokes".
Some people will say that the viscera and the viscera are all one-to-one correspondence, and if there are six viscera, should they correspond to the six viscera? Yes, the sixth viscera other than the five viscera is actually the "pericardium" corresponding to the "three coke", which refers to the capsule outside the heart, which is usually attached to the entry where the "heart" is located, so the statement of "five viscera" is actually the abbreviation of the "six viscera". The "five internal organs" already contain the 12 most important organs of the human body. The 12 acupuncture points on the back of the human body are the "microcosm" of all the important internal organs of the human body, and of course, they also include the key acupoints for regulating the "essence and energy" of the human body.
You don't even need to memorize these acupuncture points, you just need to know: the order of these acupuncture points on the back is basically equivalent to the order of the internal organs of the human body, and the names are basically the same. For example, the lungs are at the top of the human internal organs, the heart (pericardium) is slightly below, the liver and gallbladder are at the bottom, the spleen and stomach are at the bottom, and the kidneys, large and small intestines and bladder are at the bottom.
But there are still friends who will say, "We are not doctors after all, can you teach us a simpler and more effective health care method?" ”
Of course. There are so many health care methods, in fact, the truth is the same, when you understand the truth, even you can find the most suitable health care method for yourself.
Since the back, the "health artery" on both sides of the spine, is so important, then just tap, massage, and tap...... Then it will play a particularly good health care role. In fact, it is to unblock the qi and blood of the twelve key points, so that the healthy qi and blood can be re-connected, and the essence and spirit can be rejuvenated. So, can you change to a more convenient, easy to learn, and safe regimen? Of course, if you understand the truth, you can explore it yourself.
For example, in order to increase the intensity of the 12 key points and make the effect of health preservation and healing greater, you can pinch and lift the skin on both sides of the spine (the area where the 12 meridians are located), and twist your hands forward alternately, all the way along the 12 meridian lines.
Some people humorously call this continuous stimulation of meridian acupuncture points "carpet bombing", which can effectively dredge the meridians, promote qi and blood, and adjust the functions of the five internal organs. This regimen is often referred to as "chiropractic" in traditional Chinese medicine. Whether it is a filial child for an elderly parent, a young parent for their lovely baby, or a husband and wife for their dear "other half", you can follow the above methods for health care. The reason is understood, there is no need for the specific technique to be so mechanical, as long as the meridian acupuncture points can be clicked, massaged or massaged to be "opened", it is fine.
How to maintain the bladder meridian on the back?
There will also be people who "have to make inches" and put forward higher requirements, for the health preservation of the "health path", can they practice it alone? I still say the same sentence, once you understand the truth, you have to understand it yourself. The general direction is to massage, rub, and beat the area of the back bladder meridian, and you don't have to be limited to any specific practice. For example, use a massage hammer made of commercially available rubber and tap it along the bladder meridian on your back (see illustration) by yourself, either from top to bottom or from bottom to top. When taking a bath and drying it, you can use a towel to focus on the bladder meridian area on your back and rub it vigorously, which is equivalent to massaging you with one hand. Of course, I have also realized the health regimen that suits me (hehe, it may not be suitable for you), gently patting (tapping) my back with the back of my hand, from the bottom to the top, from the top to the bottom, how comfortable and how to come. Hitting the wall is also a very good way to open the bladder meridian, and the specific operation method of hitting the wall:
Stand 15-20 cm away from the wall, relax your whole body, hit the wall with your back back, wait for your body to bounce back, hit again, about a second, and breathe naturally with the rhythm of the impact. When impacting, the action should be forceful but not too violent, and it should be evenly coordinated.
The order of collision is: the upper part of the back, the lower part, the waist, the left and right shoulder blades, and the left and right side of the back, and strive to hit the entire back. When it hits the upper back, it can stimulate the Lung Yu acupoint, which is the main treatment of lung diseases, the Xin Yu acupoint, which is the main treatment of heart diseases, the Du Yu acupoint, which can widen the chest and regulate qi, and the Diaphragm Yu acupoint, which can regulate blood, widen the middle, and warm the stomach. When it hits the lower back, it can stimulate the Liver Yu acupoint, which is the main treatment of liver diseases, the Bile Yu acupoint, which is the main treatment of gallbladder disease, as well as the Spleen Yu acupoint, which strengthens the spleen, stomach, and dissolves dampness. Hitting the acupuncture points on the left and right shoulder blades has a special effect on the treatment of head and facial diseases, cervical spondylosis, and frozen shoulder. Striking the side of the back can widen the chest and regulate qi and treat intercostal pain. You can also try to hold your chest up and hit the acupuncture points such as the large vertebrae and damper of the neck and shoulder backwards, which can treat cervical spondylosis and neck and shoulder syndrome.
Although the back hitting wall method is simple, you should also pay attention to do it gradually during the process of exercise. At first, you can hit it for 5-10 minutes, and gradually increase it to about 30 minutes, and the impact has obvious heat on the back, which is that the various acupuncture points on the back and the dirt to which they belong have been effectively maintained, which greatly stimulates the great potential of preventing and treating diseases. Generally, a few minutes after hitting the back, there will be hiccups, farting, etc., which are the result of the exhaust gas excreted by the internal organs. This is the unique effect of the back hitting the wall method, which is not a simple back massage and massage that can be compared.
This health care method should pay attention to: older people can only hit for 3-5 minutes, and patients with serious heart disease, undiagnosed spondylosis, internal organ sagging, high blood pressure, advanced tumors and other diseases, it is not suitable to use this method of exercise. When hitting the back, a small number of people will have dizziness, head swelling and other uncomfortable feelings, this is a normal phenomenon of human meridian adjustment, don't worry, I feel the head swelling after the hit, as long as the time and strength of the impact are controlled as appropriate, these symptoms will gradually disappear.
