Today, I used cucumbers to cook a meal for my family.
Directions:
1. Make your own ham sausage slices.
2. Peel and slice the cucumber.
3. Soak the fungus in advance, clean it and set aside.
4. Beat 3 eggs into a bowl, add a teaspoon of starch water and stir well, so that the scrambled eggs are more fluffy and tender. Then scramble some chopped eggs and set aside.
5. Add an appropriate amount of oil to the pot, pour in the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, then add the fungus and stir-fry for a while.
6. Add the cucumber slices and stir-fry evenly.
7. Stir-fry until it is almost broken, add an appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce, balsamic vinegar and sugar and stir-fry, then add ham slices and crushed eggs and stir-fry evenly. Add a little starch water and stir-fry until the soup is viscous and ready to go.
Cucumbers do this, the combination is simple and rich, delicious and nutritious, especially with rice
