The Weizhong acupoint is easy to find, just at the midpoint of the popliteal fossa.
1. Sitting, press the index fingers of both hands on both sides of the acupoints, the strength is a little sore, one pressure and one release for one time, 10~20 times in a row.
2. Hold empty fists with both hands, and use the back of the fist to rhythmically tap the Zhongzhong acupoint and do it 20~40 times in a row.
3. Place the index fingers and fingertips of both hands on both sides of the Weizhong acupoints, and rub them clockwise and counterclockwise 10 times.
