Ingredients: 7 chicken wings, 5 chives, 3 garlic cloves, 2 tablespoons of cooking wine, 1 tablespoon of corn oil, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1/2 tablespoon of chili powder, 1/2 tablespoon of cumin powder, 1/2 tablespoon of ground black pepper, 3 grams of salt, 2 grams of cooked white sesame seeds
1. Wash the chicken wings first, and then use a knife to halve them, so that it is easier to marinate and easier to cook
2. Put the chopped chicken wings into a deep bowl, add the water that has not been used and 2 tablespoons of cooking wine, and soak for 15 minutes, which can remove excess blood
3. During the soaking period of the chicken wings, process the other ingredients, peel the garlic and cut it into fine garlic granules, wash the chives and cut them into segments
4. After the chicken wings are soaked, pour out the water in the bowl, then add garlic, 1 tablespoon of corn oil, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of chili powder, half a tablespoon of cumin powder, a small half spoon of ground black pepper and 3 grams of salt, grasp well with clean hands, and then grasp and pinch for a while after grasping, so that it is easier to taste. 8. Then put the marinated chicken wings into the pot, fry it over low heat, and when frying, you can cover the lid, so that it cooks faster
