Wash the shrimp with water, control the water, pour in an appropriate amount of cooking wine and a spoonful of salt and pepper powder and marinate for half an hour to 1 hour.

Because there is salt in the pepper powder, there is no need to add additional salt, if you want to eat other flavors, five-spice, cumin, and spicy flavors should be salted appropriately.

Pour oil into the pot, when the oil temperature is five or six layers hot, put the shrimp in the prepared batter, stir and stir, so that the surface is evenly coated with a thin layer of batter, put it in the oil pan in batches and fry it over medium and low heat, fry until the surface is slightly yellow, and then remove the oil.

It is advisable to choose a small and deep pot for home frying, and fry it in small quantities and many times, which is more fuel-efficient.

After the oil temperature cools, turn on the medium-high heat again, put the fried shrimp in and fry it again for about 30 seconds, fry until the surface is golden brown, and remove the oil.
