300g of cake flour
180g of water or milk
1 egg
Salt 2 g
Sugar 30 g
4g of baking powder
30g corn oil (butter at home is in an emergency, it is useless, butter is more fragrant)
Recipe: Add chopped shallots to a bowl (adding an appropriate amount of baking soda can keep the green onions), diced ham, appropriate amount of cooking oil, black pepper, 1g salt, a little sugar and mix well.
This does not require a thin film, mixes all materials except oil, and adds oil to continue kneading after the initial molding, so that a thick film appears. Ferment to twice the size.
The dough is fermented until it is pressed down without retraction, and it is taken out for shaping. Divide the dough into 6 portions. Relax for 5 minutes, then divide each into three portions and rub long. Braided like a braid.
Place in a greased baking tray and let the oven rise for 30 minutes.
The dough is 1.5 times the size again, take it out, brush the surface with egg wash, evenly spread the chives and ham ingredients, then squeeze the tomato sauce, mayonnaise, and sprinkle a little sesame seeds. Bake in the oven at 175 degrees for 25 minutes.
The house is full of the aroma of bread, and the mayonnaise mixed with ketchup is exactly the same as when I was a child.
