Today, I used chicken breast, garlic sprouts and carrots to make a delicious meal for my family, and the bibimbap is really delicious!
Here's how I do it:
1. Wash the chicken breast and cut it into small pieces, add an appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, shredded ginger, starch and cooking oil, mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.
2. Prepare some garlic sprouts, carrots, minced garlic and green onions.
3. Add an appropriate amount of oil to the pot, pour in the diced meat and stir-fry, then add the minced garlic and green onion and stir-fry until fragrant.
4. Add garlic sprouts and diced carrots and stir-fry over high heat, add an appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce, balsamic vinegar and sugar and stir-fry evenly.
5. Fry until the diced meat is cooked, then add an appropriate amount of starch water and stir-fry evenly.
Chicken breast is so delicious, even my children like to eat it, friends who like it can try it!
