4. Remove the oil from the pot, after the oil is hot, add the green onion and ginger to stir-fry the pot; Then put the chopped onion and pork into the pot and stir-fry together, add cooking wine and soy sauce and stir-fry evenly
Add the carrots and stir-fry for a while
Then add the chopped potatoes, oyster sauce and salt, add an appropriate amount of water, and mix well. Cover and simmer for a while, simmering the potatoes until cooked through.
5. Finally, add the processed asparagus, a little sugar, chicken essence and sesame oil.
Stir-fry evenly and remove from the pan.
