First, let's make burnt fairy grass first

1. Prepare 25 grams of roasted fairy grass, 2 grams of edible alkali powder and 20 grams of taro powder.

2. Clean the roasted fairy grass, then put it in a pot, add 800ml of water, and add 2 grams of edible alkali. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat to low and cook for about an hour.                                                                

3. Then strain out the juice with a cloth bag, then pour the juice back into the pot and transfer it to the fire to boil.

Mix 20 grams of taro flour with a small amount of water, pour it into a boiling soup pot, stirring while pouring until the juice is thick.

4. Then pour the viscous liquid into a bowl, cool and set, then cut into small cubes and eat.

1. When boiling the fairy grass, be sure to turn down the heat to the minimum, and do not boil the water dry.

2. Roast 25 grams of fairy grass, you can make 3 small bowls, about 600 ml.

2. Make taro balls

1. Prepare the ingredients for taro balls: purple potato, sweet potato, taro and tapioca flour.

2. Do not peel purple potatoes and sweet potatoes and put them in a pot;

Cut the taro into small pieces and put it in a bowl, put it on top of the sweet potato, use a rice cooker, or pressure cooker, ordinary cooker, steamer, add an appropriate amount of water, and steam and cook.

3. Peel the boiled purple potatoes and crush them into a puree.                                                                    

4. Add tapioca starch, the amount of powder depends on the amount of water contained in the purple sweet potato puree (about 50 grams of tapioca flour is used for 100 grams of purple sweet potato puree), knead into a ball.

Tip: If you don't want to be too Q, knead the dough a little softer, or add some sweet potato starch.

5. Sprinkle a little tapioca flour on the table, take a small piece of dough and roll it into strips, and then cut it into small pieces.                         

6. Make sweet potato balls, taro balls, and purple potato balls in turn.

If you make more than one time, freeze it like this, and don't thaw it when you eat it, just boil it in a pot of boiling water.

3. Boil taro balls

1. Now let's boil the balls, in the order of taro balls, sweet potato balls, and purple potatoes, because the purple potato balls are particularly dyed.
