6. First cut the round piece with a knife, then divide it into four pieces, and at the sharp corner of each small piece, use a knife to cut 1/2, and stack the four small pieces one by one
7. Four stacked dough sheets, open to one side, and then use chopsticks to the side without opening, press it horizontally with one chopstick, take one side on the left and right, twist it twice, and put the side at the beginning to knead
8. Screw all the flower rolls in turn, cover them with plastic wrap, and ferment them to twice the size, how to judge that they are fermented? The appearance of the raw embryo becomes smoother, the volume becomes larger, and it is light and fluttering in the palm of the hand, and it is okay without weight
9. Brush the steaming drawer with oil to prevent sticking, put the fermented raw embryo cold water into the steamer, cover the lid and start the fire, start the timer after steaming, steam for 15 minutes, don't be in a hurry to open the lid after that, simmer for 2 to 3 minutes to prevent the flower roll from suddenly contacting the cold air, resulting in retraction
