After autumn, these five ingredients are boiled together to moisturize from the inside out, and the tonic of qi and blood is better than the great tonic

Autumn is too dry, follow me to learn these ingredients to cook together, sticky, slippery, gurgling and drinking two large bowls, the red beans are glutinous and fragrant, red dates and special sweet, such a combination of taste is really great.

Let's take a look at how I cook it

First of all, prepare these ingredients (for 2-3 people): 10 grams of peach gum, 10 grams of white fungus, 10 grams of saponaria rice, 4 red dates and 50 grams of red beans

Make:

1. You need to soak the peach gum, white fungus and saponaria rice completely overnight in advance. In particular, peach gum takes a long time.

On the second day, carefully pick out the impurities of the peach gum and then rinse it clean. You will find that the impurities of the peach gum that are completely soaked are easily removed.

The yellow head of the white fungus should be removed, and then torn into small flowers, so that it is easier to cook the gum.

Rinse the soaphorn rice, and pick it out if there are impurities.

Red beans and red dates can be cleaned, we will use a pressure cooker to cook, red beans do not soak, if you use an ordinary pot, red beans should also be soaked overnight in advance.

Cleaned red beans and red dates, processed peach gum, white fungus, and soaphorn rice are all put into the inner tank of the electric pressure cooker, and 600-800 ml of water is poured in.

I chose the electric pressure cooker eight-treasure porridge function and pressurized it for 30 minutes.

After decompression, add brown sugar, rock sugar, or don't add it, because red dates are very sweet.

After cooking, you can pour it into a large bowl to dissipate heat, and drink hot, warm, cold, or chilled as you choose. When it cools, it will be more viscous.

Small Whispers:

The peach gum must be completely soaked to completely remove the impurities inside.

You can also add a few glutinous rice balls to the cooked soup, or taro balls are particularly delicious, and you can eat a full stomach.
