Ingredients Required:
Shiitake mushrooms, king oyster mushrooms, cucumbers, green peppers, salt, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, chicken essence, sesame oil, water starch
1. Clean all the above ingredients:
Shiitake mushrooms, carrots (used to peeling first), cucumbers first cut diagonally into sections, and then cut into diamond-shaped slices.
After removing the stems of the shiitake mushrooms, thin slices with a razor blade.
Remove the stems and seeds of the green peppers and cut them into small pieces.
Also prepare the necessary chopped green onion and minced garlic.
2. Remove from the pot and put water, add a little salt and cooking oil, and blanch the chopped shiitake mushrooms, oyster mushrooms and carrots for one minute after the water boils.
Remove and set aside with the chopped cucumbers and green peppers.
3. Add oil in another pot, stir-fry chopped chives when the oil is hot.
Add the blanched shiitake mushrooms, oyster mushrooms, carrots, cucumbers and green peppers.
Add a pinch of salt, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, a little sugar, chicken essence and chopped garlic and stir-fry over high heat.
Finally, add a little water starch, pour in a little sesame oil, and mix evenly.
Remove from the pan.
