Today, I wrapped a bean paste crystal dumpling with red bean paste made by myself, which received good results, and my family liked to eat it very much.


Here's how I made it:

1. Make your own bean paste, take an appropriate amount and knead it into a ball, or you can use the bean paste you bought. Like making your own bean paste, I mentioned it in this corresponding video.


Mix 2,100 grams of flour and 30 grams of corn starch, add a small amount of freshly boiled boiling water several times, stir until there is no dry powder, add 10 grams of corn oil, knead into a soft and non-sticky dough, and let rise for about 20 minutes.


3. Knead evenly and knead into long strips.


4. Evenly divide into chunks.


5. Press down each piece of small dough and roll it into a round cake, which is slightly thicker than the dumpling skin.


6. Fold into a triangle.


7. Turn the triangle back and add the bean paste filling.


8. Pinch the three corners together.


9. Pinch the opening and slightly pinch out the pattern.



10. Pick out both sides again.


11. Steam in a pot for about 15 minutes.
