Braised pork and stewed eggs, delicious and delicious, super rice

Steps:

Step 1: Boil water in an iron pot and add quail eggs to cook.

Step 5: Heat oil in a pot, pour in the pork belly and stir-fry the fat.

Step 6: Add rock sugar with the fried fat and fry the sugar.

Step 7: Stir-fry over low heat until caramel-like.

Step 8: Wrap the pork belly with sugar, add the dried chili, green onion, garlic cloves, cooking wine, pour in light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and oil and stir-fry evenly.

Step 9: Transfer the sugar-coloured pork belly to the casserole.

Step 10: Pour in water, add bay leaves and other spices, bring to a boil over high heat, turn to medium heat and simmer for 30 minutes.

Step 11: When the time is up, put in the quail eggs with peeling and beating knives, and cook them for another 15 minutes to make the pork belly stewed soft and the quail eggs can absorb the flavor.
