Don't waste leftover rice, use it to make pot slices, my family is not enough to eat

Today, I used the rice I cooked a lot to make a family version of the pot slices for my family, and my children thought I was making less!

Here's how I made it:

1. Add a spoonful of salt to the leftover rice, grasp and mix evenly to increase the base taste.

2. Spread the mixed rice on a baking tray, try to press it a little thinner, smear a layer of cooking oil on the blade, and divide the rice slightly into pieces to facilitate better operation in the later stage.

3. If the sun is good, you can put it in the sun for two days. I put it in the oven and baked it on low heat for two hours, drying on one side and turning over on the other. Just break it and you're good to go.

4. The side dishes can also be matched by yourself, I prepare fungus, mushrooms, lettuce, carrots, and then prepare green onions, ginger and garlic.

5. Cut the cleaned lean pork into thin slices, the thinner the better, an appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce, cooking wine, shredded ginger, add two spoons of starch water, grasp and mix until the water is completely absorbed, and then add an appropriate amount of cooking oil, grasp and mix evenly, lock the moisture.

6. Add an appropriate amount of oil to the pot, add green onions, ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, add the side dishes and stir-fry, and stir-fry the side dishes to make it more fragrant.

7. Stir-fry until the side dishes are broken, add an appropriate amount of water, slightly submerge the vegetables, an appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, sugar, 13 incense, and bring the lid to a boil over high heat.

8. After the water is boiled, put in the meat slices, quickly cut them apart, boil them slightly for about a minute, the cooking time should not be too long, the meat is just cooked, and then put it out for later use.

9. Take a pot and add an appropriate amount of oil, boil the oil to 50% heat and adjust the medium and low heat, put it into the pot, and fry it until it is golden brown.

10. Put the fried pan and oil control into the plate, pour the freshly fried side dishes, and you can eat!

The pot soaked in sugar soup is particularly delicious, my family and friends are not enough to eat, and friends who like it come and make it for their families!
