Step 2: Add warm water one by one and stir it into a flocculent shape, pour in 20 grams of cooking oil and knead the dough smoothly

Step 3: Knead the dough smoothly (the dough is soft, it will be sticky at the beginning, knead it for a while, and knead it smooth).

Step 4: Wrap the kneaded dough in plastic wrap and start fermenting. (It takes two or three hours at room temperature, Zerui's mother is put in the refrigerator to ferment, knead the dough at night, fry it in the morning, and ferment it in the refrigerator overnight)

Step 5: Take out the fermented dough from the refrigerator and leave it at room temperature for 20 minutes to let the dough warm. After warming, remove the fermented dough from the plastic wrap and do not knead.

Step 6, do not knead the warmed dough, the extensibility of the dough is very good, directly pat it into long strips with your hands, and gently roll it into a relatively regular strip with a width of five or six centimeters and a thickness of half a centimeter with a rolling pin.

Step 7: Use a knife to cut into two or three centimeter long segments.

Step 9: After pressing, pinch both ends tightly and stretch them slightly.
