Today, I made yellow stewed chicken and braised pumpkin rolls for my family, which is simple and nutritious, with meat, vegetables and staple foods, and everything is solved in one pot.

Here's how I made it:

1. Peel and steam the pumpkin and mash it into a puree.

Add 3g yeast and 10g sugar to 2,300g flour and stir well. Add 170g of pumpkin puree in small amounts several times. Knead into a smooth dough with moderate firmness. Cover and let rise.

3. Cut the washed chicken thighs into cubes.

4. Put it in a pot, add water, add some ginger slices and green onions, blanch for five minutes, and boil until the oil is minced. Remove and wash off the surface foam.

5. Peel and cut the potatoes into cubes.

6. Cut some mushroom cubes.

7. Cut some green pepper cubes.

8. Prepare some green onions, ginger, garlic, bay leaves, lemon, star anise, and cinnamon.

9. Add oil to the pot, put rock sugar, and fry over low heat to bring out the sugar color.

10. Add the chicken pieces and stir-fry to color. Add the ingredients and stir-fry until flavored.

11. Add water, submerge the chicken pieces, add shiitake mushrooms, add an appropriate amount of soybean paste and salt, and simmer over medium-low heat for 25 minutes.

12. The dough volume is significantly expanded, which means that it is ready.

13. Rub and exhaust and divide evenly into pieces.

14. Knead each piece of small dough evenly, knead it into long strips, and weave a flower pattern.

15. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise for 15 minutes.

After 16 or 25 minutes, add the potato cubes, add an appropriate amount of light soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, dark soy sauce and sugar, and stir-fry evenly.

17. Place the waking flower rolls.

18. Cover and continue to simmer for 15 minutes.

19,After 15 minutes, the flower roll is ripe, take out the flower roll.

20. Pour in the green peppers, stir-fry evenly, and fry until the green peppers are broken.
