Don't always go with coke for chicken wings, it tastes really good, it's tender and delicious, and it's more healthy

Don't always go with Coke with chicken wings, like me, they are tender and flavorful, soft and rotten, and the nutrition is healthier, and even my son praises me as a chef.

 Here's how I made it:

1. Cut a few knives on the washed chicken wings to facilitate the flavor.

2. Add water, ginger slices and green onions to the pot, blanch for 5 minutes, and boil until the oil is minced. Remove and rinse off the surface foam and drain.

3. Put the chicken wings in a bowl, add an appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, 13 spices, soybean paste, and add some green onions, minced garlic, shredded ginger and a slice of lemon, grasp and mix well. Add some steamed pork powder, mix well and marinate for 15 minutes. (No lemon can be substituted with cooking wine)

4. Cut some potato pieces, a little salt, light soy sauce, soybean paste, steamed meat powder, and mix well. Spread on the bottom of the plate.

5. Spread the marinated chicken wings on top of the potatoes.

6. Put it in a steamer, boil the water and steam for 30 minutes.

After steaming, take it out, sprinkle some chopped green onions and eat.

This steamed chicken wings taste really good, the method is simple, delicious and healthier, if you like it, try it!
