The breakfast recipe is simple and quick - taro mash and pork floss rice balls, 5 minutes to get breakfast for adults and children

Today's rice ball is one of the breakfast we usually eat a lot at home

Some places call it glutinous rice wrapped fritters

Some friends call it rice cake

Regardless of the name of the north and south, I have always said that it is a hand rice ball O(∩_∩)O~

The rice ball tutorial is simple and convenient, time-saving and delicious, suitable for all ages

Ingredient Preparation:

100g of rice, 100g of glutinous rice, 100g of taro, 15g of purple sweet potato, 15g of caster sugar,

10g butter, 50g milk, appropriate amount of meat floss, 2 ham sausages, 1-2 fritters

Steps:

1. 100g of rice and glutinous rice, soak the glutinous rice for one hour in advance, and then put the two kinds of rice in the pot at the same time

The amount of water used for braised rice balls should be slightly less than that used for cooking, otherwise the cooked rice will be sticky and not very plastic

2. Wash and peel the purple potatoes and taro and cut them into thin slices

Cut taro and purple potatoes in a pot with cold water, and steam for another 10-12 minutes after boiling

3. Add the steamed taro and purple sweet potato and crush the sugar into a puree

Add 10g of butter to the taro puree while it is hot and stir in

Add another 50g of milk and stir well

Stir and fuse the taro puree, cover it with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for refrigeration (refrigeration can be better plastic, it is easier to operate when wrapping, and those who don't like low-temperature breakfast can not be refrigerated)

4. Spread the stewed rice, on the one hand, it can dissipate heat so that it will not be cooked too much, and it can also make the gap between the rice grains bigger and cooler, and it will be hot when it is rolled quickly

5. Spread plastic wrap on the roller shutter, take an appropriate amount of glutinous rice, spread it evenly, and press it tightly

Fold the plastic wrap inward to make the rice balls more uniform and the corners flatter

6. Add your favorite toppings such as seaweed, pork floss, ham sausage, etc

(The meat floss tutorial is also in the previous issues, and those who like it can go to archaeology~)

Then add our creamy taro puree

If you like fritters like me, you can add one or half a fritter

7. Wrap the rice balls tightly as much as possible

Lift the plastic wrap first and wrap the plastic wrap part tightly

Then use a roller shutter to tighten the rice ball to make the shape of the rice ball more prominent and stable

By applying force at different angles, tighten the rice balls to the tightest of them

Cut the rice balls horizontally and you get 2 rice balls

Simple and convenient stuffing is abundant, hygienic, safe and easy to make breakfast, have you learned~
