3. Take an appropriate amount and rub it into the shape you like, and I will rub it into a small oval.

4. Boil the water into the potato cake and cook until it floats.

5. Take it out and put it in cool water.

6. Prepare some minced garlic, chopped green onions, and cooked black and white sesame seeds.

7. Add oil to the pot, add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, pour in potato cake and sesame seeds, add an appropriate amount of light soy sauce and dark soy sauce, and stir-fry to taste.
