Occasionally, I am greedy, make some cat ears, which are crispy and delicious, and the children are fragrant when they eat it

Make some cat ears, crispy and delicious, my children are fragrant to eat.

The method is simple, do more at a time, it is too suitable for a family to have a tooth sacrifice.

Here's how I made it:

Add 30g sugar, 1g salt, 2g baking soda, 2g aluminum-free baking powder, 20g sesame seeds to 1,300g flour and mix well. Add a small amount of 120ml of water several times, add 20g of cooking oil, knead into a smooth dough, cover with a lid, and set aside for later use.

Add 50ml of boiling water to 2,60g of brown sugar and stir until the brown sugar melts. Add another 70ml of cold water and mix well. Add 300g of flour to the brown sugar water, add 2 grams of baking soda, 2 grams of aluminum-free baking powder and 1 gram of salt, gently mix the baking powder into the flour, then mix the sugar water and flour well, add 20g of cooking oil, and knead into a smooth dough. Cover and relax for 30 minutes.

3. After relaxation, smear a layer of flour on the silicone pad, take out the red dough, press it, and roll out the rectangular dough sheet. Set aside.

4. Take out the white dough again, press down, and roll out the rectangular dough sheet.

5. Wipe a layer of water on the white dough sheet, then put the red dough sheet, tidy it up, and brush another layer of water on the red dough sheet.

6. Roll up from one end and try to roll it tighter. After tidying up, divide it into four small sections, put it in a plastic bag, and put it in the refrigerator for about an hour.

7. Freeze it a little for a while and it's easier to cut into thin slices.

8. Boil the oil until it is 50% hot, turn down the heat, put the cat ears down, and fry until it floats and turns over. Use low heat throughout the whole process, and keep turning it over halfway to make it evenly heated.

9. Fry until golden brown.

The simple and delicious cat ears are ready, crispy and delicious, and they are fragrant when eaten one by one.

It's easy to do, so try it if you like it!
