300 grams of yam (peeled), 30 grams of sugar, 220 ml of milk, 150 rice flour (sticky rice flour), appropriate amount of dried fruit.

【Steps】

1. Wash and peel the yam and cut it into pieces for later use. If you have symptoms of yam allergy, remember to wear gloves and peel again.

2. Steam the yam in the pot, start to serve the pot with cold water, and steam for about 15 minutes.

3. Take it out after steaming and press it into a puree with a mud press.

5. Then add the rice flour to it, stir until thick, and if it feels too dry, add some milk. Use a blender to make it a little smoother. Rice flour can be ground by yourself, you can buy it outside, and the packaging on the outside says sticky rice flour.

6. Add your favorite preserved fruit to it and stir well. It can also be dried cranberries, raisins or chopped red dates.

7. Prepare a shallow tray container, pad silicone oil paper to prevent sticking, if you don't have it, you can pad tin foil or brush some oil. Pour the batter into it and smooth it with a spatula.

8. Start steaming in a pot with cold water, and steam the water for 25 minutes. If it is very thick, be sure to steam it for a longer time.

9. When the time is up, take it out and let it cool, and put it without burning your hands.

10. After it is not hot, you can remove the silicone oil paper, cut it into palatable segments with a knife, and if you prepare some sugar osmanthus and dip it into it, it will be sweeter. A fresh scent comes to your nose, so if you like it, try it!

Tips:

1. The amount of sugar in this is already very sufficient, and there is no need to add additional sugar! Dipping it in sugar osmanthus will be sweeter.

2. Try not to use a container that is too deep, so that it is not easy to steam.
