Here's how I made it:
1. Wash the radish, peel and rub the shreds.
2. Add a large bowl of flour directly, grab and mix evenly from the bottom to the top.

4. Cut some shredded green peppers.

6. Take it out and shake it while it's hot.
7. Add oil to the pot, pour shredded meat and fry it, the time of frying is not too long, the meat is just cooked, and it is ready to use.
8. Add oil to the pot, pour minced garlic and green onion and stir-fry until fragrant, pour in shredded green pepper and stir-fry evenly.
9. Stir-fry until broken, pour in shredded radish and shredded meat, add an appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, thirteen spices, and then add some sesame oil to enhance the flavor, stir-fry evenly and you can get out of the pot.
White radish is simple, healthy and delicious, my child likes to eat it very much, not to mention that he doesn't know that it is made of radish.
