Step 1: Prepare all the ingredients to be used, hand-rolled dumpling wrappers taste better, but I'm not good at making pasta, so I have to buy ready-made.
Step 2: Remove the pork skin, rinse it, cut it into smaller pieces, put it in a meat grinder, and beat it into minced meat. In a large bowl, add salt, light soy sauce and oyster sauce and stir well.
