It's just that the names are slightly different in different places, some places are called fried hemp leaves, some places are called fried flowers, some places are called fried scorched leaves, and some places are called fried chop forks. Although the name is different, it is essentially the same food,
Some places eat salty hemp leaves, and some places eat sweet. What I share with you today is the salty hemp leaves, which are charred and crispy, and they will not be soft for a long time.
Ingredients: 300 grams of flour, 1 egg, 20 grams of cooking oil, 15 grams of black sesame seeds, appropriate amount of five-spice powder, appropriate amount of salt, water (80-100 grams)

Method 1: Add eggs, black sesame seeds, five-spice powder, and then add about 20g of cooking oil and 1 teaspoon of salt to the flour to form a flocculent. (Deep-fried hemp leaves with eggs and vegetable oil will make the fried hemp leaves more crispy)
Method 2: After dialing into a flocculent, slowly add water and knead well.
Method 3: The kneaded dough should be very hard, the same as rolling dough, it must not be soft, wrap it in plastic wrap and relax in the refrigerator for 2 hours. (The dough is harder to roll out thinner and crispier when fried)
Method 4: Knead the loose dough again to smooth it.
Method 5: Use a rolling pin to roll out a large thin dough sheet with a thickness of about 1 mm, the thinner the better.
Method 6: Cut the rolled thin dough into strips 6 cm wide.
Method 7: Fold a strip of dough in half and cut it into the shape shown in the figure. (Cut three knives, the fourth knife is broken)
Method 8: Take two pieces on top of each other, lift them from one end, and pass through the middle cut.
Method 9: After passing through, pull gently, tidy up, and all the dough will be made into green blanks.
Method 10, you can also directly use a knife to cut it into willow leaf or diamond shapes.
Method 11, the oil is hot, put in the hemp leaf green, and fry over medium-low heat.
Method 12: When the hemp leaves are fried until they float, they are golden on both sides, and the oil can be controlled.
Tips: The dough should be hard, the cake should be thin, the oil should be large, the fire should be small, remember these 12 words, and you will be able to fry fragrant and crispy hemp leaves!
