The method of potato bread

1. Put 500 grams of flour, 5 grams of yeast and a spoonful of sugar in the basin (to promote fermentation), mix the dough with warm milk, stir it into a flocculent shape with chopsticks, and then mix it into a dough with moderate softness and hardness, cover the lid and rise to twice the size.

2. Wash the potatoes, peel them, cut them into thin slices, and put them in a pot to steam.

3. Take out the steamed potatoes and put them in a basin and press them into a puree

Add raisins, chopped red dates and white sugar (or brown sugar), add an appropriate amount of sugar according to your taste, and mix well.

4. Take out the proofed dough and knead it on the cutting board to exhaust.

Roll into long strips, add the agent, roll out the skin, and wrap the filling.

Use the tiger's mouth of the hand to wrap the filling and tighten the mouth.

Finish in a circle with the cuff facing down.

5. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise for 15 minutes.
