Make purple potatoes into steamed buns, delicious and nutritious, make a pot in the afternoon, and don't worry about breakfast for a few days

Today, I used purple potatoes to make a steamed bun for my family, with some milk, eggs, and vegetables in the morning, and some side dishes and nutritious porridge in the evening, which is not only delicious, but also nutritious.

Here's how I made it:

Add 10 grams of sugar, 3 grams of yeast to 1,300 grams of flour, add 150 ml of warm water in a small amount and many times, stir into a dough, knead into a smooth dough with moderate softness and firmness, and put it in a warm place to rise.

2. Take another bowl, add 10 grams of sugar, 3 grams of yeast and 20 grams of purple sweet potato flour to 300 grams of flour, add 150 ml of warm water in small quantities and many times, stir into a dough, knead it into a smooth dough with moderate softness and hardness, and put it in a warm place to rise.

3. Cut some purple sweet potatoes and set aside.

4. The volume of the dough is significantly expanded, which means that it is ready.

5. Put the diced purple sweet potato into the white dough, knead evenly, and roll into long strips.

6. Knead the purple dough and roll it out into a rectangular sheet.

7. Wipe a layer of water on the purple dough sheet to facilitate the sticking.

8. Put in the white strip and wrap it.

9. Cut into small pieces.

10. Gently press and finish, and form a round cake.

11. Put it in the steamer and let it rise for 15 minutes.

12. Turn on high heat and steam for 20 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for 3 minutes.

Sweet and fluffy, delicious and nutritious, friends who like it can try it!
