  Stir-fried minced  pork with beans

Ingredients: 240 grams of beans, 120 grams of pork, a little carrot, 3 cloves of garlic, appropriate amount of ginger, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, 0.5 tablespoons of dark soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of Yipin fresh soy sauce, a little sugar, appropriate amount of salt


1. Prepare the required ingredients first, I use our local white kidney beans, and other varieties of beans can also be used; I choose pork that is fat and lean, which is more fragrant; Carrots are used for color matching, and a small piece is enough; Then prepare the garlic and ginger and other seasonings 


2. Then remove the tendons from the beans and clean them, chop the pork into minced meat, cut the carrots into small cubes, and chop the garlic and ginger into minced 


3. Then add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine and 2 tablespoons of Yipin fresh soy sauce to the minced meat, stir well and set aside .


4. Boil the water, put a spoonful of salt in the water after boiling, and then blanch the beans for about 2~4 minutes, blanching the beans in advance can effectively avoid the taste of dry firewood when frying

6. Add an appropriate amount of base oil to another pot, then add the marinated minced meat, and stir-fry until it changes color 


7. Then put the minced garlic, ginger and diced carrots into the pot and continue to stir-fry until fragrant 


8. Add 0.5 tablespoons of dark soy sauce and stir-fry evenly, stir-fry the meat filling until it is 8 mature, then put it out for later use 


9. Leave a little bottom oil in the pot, put in the diced beans and stir-fry over medium-low heat, because the beans are blanched in advance, so you need to fry the water on the diced beans, so that the taste of the beans will be delicious 


10. Then put the fried minced meat into the pot, stir-fry evenly with the diced beans, add an appropriate amount of salt according to your taste, and a little sugar to enhance the freshness, stir-fry evenly again, and let the seasoning and ingredients completely blend
