 Today, I used oranges to make a fragrant and delicious small pastry for my family, and my family loves to eat  it very much                                                                                                          


Directions:

1. Prepare two oranges, add an appropriate amount of water and baking soda, and soak for 5 minutes, so that the residual pesticides can be better removed, and then cleaned and set aside.


2. Scrape some orange peel with washed oranges and make cakes with orange peels, which are particularly fragrant.



3. Then press some orange juice, 100 grams is fine.


4. Pour the orange juice into the orange peel, add 65g of corn oil and stir well.


5. To separate the egg white and egg yolk, I used 6 eggs, weighing a total of 351 grams, add 20 grams of sugar to the egg yolk, beat until the color becomes lighter, and then pour the stirred orange juice into the egg yolk, stirring while adding.



6. Sift 100g of cake flour into the stirred egg yolk orange juice, stir well and set aside.



7. Next, beat the egg whites and add a few drops of lemon juice or white vinegar to the egg whites to remove the smell.


8, 70 grams of sugar is added to the egg white three times and beaten, and it can be beaten into a chicken tail wet foam, that is, the sharp corners can stand up without falling.




9. Add half of the beaten meringue to the egg yolk liquid, do not stir in a circle, it is easy to defoam, and you can mix it alternately by cutting and mixing.


10. After mixing well, pour the egg yolk liquid into the remaining meringue, and mix well alternately with the method of cutting and mixing. This process should be as fast as possible to prevent defoaming.



11. Mix well, pour into the mold, shake a few times, and discharge the bubbles.


12. Put it in the oven, I use the water bath method to bake the cake, so that the cake tastes softer. Bake at 120 degrees for 50 minutes. Each type of oven has different characteristics, so the temperature depends on the individual oven.



13. Let it cool and remove the mold, cut it into your favorite shape and eat.
