【Cabbage heart with sauce balsamic vinegar】
The ingredients required are as follows:
1 cabbage heart, 1 spoonful of vinegar, 1 teaspoon of sugar, appropriate amount of salt, 1 small piece of carrot, 3 cloves of garlic, 1 green onion, 2 dried chilies, 1 spoonful of light soy sauce, 1 spoonful of bean paste
The cooking steps are as follows:
Step 1: Prepare all the ingredients, wash the cabbage hearts and cut them into sections. Separate the gangs and leaves, chop the green onions, slice the garlic, cut the dried chili peppers into sections, and cut the carrots into diamond-shaped slices.
Step 2: Heat the oil, add a spoonful of bean paste and stir-fry until fragrant, add chopped green onions, garlic slices, dried chili peppers, and carrot slices and stir-fry until fragrant.
Step 3: Add cabbage and continue to stir-fry.
Step 4: After the cabbage is soft, add a spoonful of light soy sauce and continue to stir-fry.
Step 5: Then add the cabbage leaves and stir-fry evenly, add a little sugar and a pinch of salt.
Step 6: Add vinegar and continue to stir-fry a few times.
Step 7: Stir-fry evenly to get out of the pan, and the turntable is served, which is really delicious!
Tips:
(1) Although I use cabbage heart for this dish, I still have to fry the cabbage gang first, and then fry the cabbage leaves. In this way, the heat is evenly heated, and the taste is better.
(2) I usually put the vinegar once before it comes out of the pot, if you like to eat soft and sour taste, you can start to put it once, and put it again before it comes out of the pot.
(3) If you don't eat spicy dried chili peppers, you can leave them out, because the bean paste is salty, and the salt can be appropriately reduced or not added.
