Ingredients: cooking oil, salt, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, beer, star anise, dried chili, starch
Process:
1. Prepare some boiled eggs and make a few cuts on the eggs.
2. Heat oil in a pan, heat the oil to 60% hot, and pour in the eggs.
