Ingredients: a small handful of toon sprouts, 4 eggs, a pinch of salt
Operation steps: 1. Toon contains nitrite, which cannot be eaten directly, nitrite will form carcinogens after eating, which is easy to increase the chance of cancer, so it needs to be blanched with hot water before eating.
2. After the water is boiled, put in the toon buds, blanch the water over high heat for 60 seconds, so that most of the nitrite in the toon can be removed, and then take out and cool with cold water, drain the water and cut it into minced pieces, and put it in an empty bowl for later use.
3. Then beat 4 eggs into the bowl, add a little salt to taste, and then beat and stir with chopsticks and set aside for later use.
4. Operation steps: 1. Prepare a piece of tender tofu and cut it into large pieces for later use.
2. Ignite the pot, add an appropriate amount of water to the pot, boil the tofu into the pot, add a spoonful of salt and cook for 1~2 minutes to remove the beany smell of the tofu, then remove the cold water and drain the water, and put it in an empty bowl for later use.
3. Don't pour the water in the pot, directly put in the toon, blanch the water for 1 minute, then remove it and drain it with cold water for later use.
4. Put the drained toon sprouts on the cutting board and cut them into minced pieces, put them in a bowl with tofu, add a little salt to taste, and then put on gloves and mix gently, then serve on a plate.
Tips:
1. Toon contains more nitrite, which is easy to increase the chance of cancer, remember not to eat it directly, the correct way to eat toon is to blanch the pot under boiling water for 1 minute, so that most of the nitrite can be removed, and then eat.
