Take out a piece of agent and rub it into a circle, then place it in the palm of your hand while turning it in a circle and press it into a small round cake. It should be noted here that glutinous rice flour is easy to spread out, it is not easy to operate, the process should be fast, and disposable gloves can also be worn, and it is easy to rub the glutinous rice noodles smoothly and without sticking when wearing disposable gloves.
After pressing, put the pineapple filling on top, close it with the tiger's mouth, tighten the mouth, and then let the mouth face down, and arrange it into small squares by hand.
Step 4:
Brush the oil in an electric baking pan or frying pan, put in the pineapple glutinous rice cake green, cover a high lid, fry slowly over medium-low heat, fry until the bottom is golden brown and fry the other side, fry until both sides are golden, stand up, and fry all sides. All sides are golden brown and ripe, and then it can be cooked.
