Pumpkin pie in Animal World

300 grams of plain flour, 150 grams of pumpkin puree, 20 grams of sugar, 1 egg (about 50 grams of peeled), 3 grams of yeast.

Here's how

Wash and peel the pumpkin, cut it into thin slices, steam it in a pot, take 200 grams and add 20 grams of sugar and stir until melted (the amount of sugar plus the sweetness of the pumpkin puree itself makes small cakes are slightly sweet and delicious), put it until warm, add 3 grams of yeast, add 300 grams of flour, stir into a flocculent, and knead into a dough with moderate softness and hardness (increase or decrease according to the different water content of pumpkin puree). Ferment until twice the size, knead well and vent, and divide into two portions.

Take a dough sheet rolled out into about 4-5 mm, and use a biscuit mold to press out a small cake, I used a total of six patterns, these are three of them, if there is no mold, you can use a bottle cap or shot glass to press out a circle, it is also very beautiful.

Sprinkle with a little dry flour to prevent sticking, cover with plastic wrap and let rise for about 20 minutes.

After fermentation, it has obviously become fatter.

Put it in a preheated pan, the bottom of the pan can be brushed with or without oil, and the color of the oil is better. Slow searing over low heat.

Sear until golden brown on one side, turn over; Seal until golden brown on both sides and remove from pan.

In a moment, a large plate was baked.
