【Radish cold egg】

1. Ingredients: 1 white radish, 2 eggs, 1 green pepper, appropriate amount of homemade chili oil, 1 spoon of light soy sauce, 1 spoon of oyster sauce, 1 and a half spoons of aged vinegar, appropriate amount of salt, a little chicken essence, appropriate amount of cooking oil.

Second, the practice of radish cold eggs:

1. Prepare all the ingredients, first wash the radish Ganjiakou, then cut off the ends and scrape off the skin. When the radish is removed, it tastes better. Then cut the radish into four-centimeter-long segments, then stand it up, cut it into thick slices with chopsticks, and then change the knife to cut the radish into strips. Put all the cut radish strips into a pot, add 1 tablespoon of salt, mix evenly, kill the radish with water, and set aside for later use.

2. Clean the green peppers, remove the stems and seeds, pat them with a knife, then cut the green peppers into shreds and put them on a plate. Take a bowl, crack the eggs into the bowl and stir well with chopsticks. At this time, our radish strips are also good at killing water, prepare a gauze, put the radish strips on the gauze, and then squeeze the water out vigorously and put it into a basin for later use.

3. Take a pot, put in an appropriate amount of cooking oil, pour the stirred egg liquid into the pot after the oil is hot, do not turn it first. When one side is set, turn it over and continue frying until golden brown on both sides, the eggs are cooked through, and serve on a plate. 4. We pour the shredded green pepper into the radish strips, and then put the shredded eggs into the basin as well. To start seasoning, add a pinch of salt, a pinch of chicken bouillon, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of semi-aged vinegar, an appropriate amount of homemade chili oil, stir well, and then serve on a plate. With the addition of chili oil, it will taste more fragrant, and if you can't eat spicy friends, you can replace it with Lao Gan Ma, which is also very fragrant.

5.
